Key booking details such as check-in/out dates, room types, pricing, and additional services are clearly presented. This structured format makes it easy for guests to review and confirm their bookings before proceeding.

Flexible Customization Tools

Guests can modify booking details such as stay dates, number of guests, or add services during the booking process. For hotels, enhanced management tools enable better handling of special customer requests.

Streamlined Payment Process

The payment system supports multiple secure methods like credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. The streamlined steps reduce errors, provide instant confirmations, and ensure customers receive transaction details via email for better tracking.

Application Scope

The new version will roll out as follows:

• For hotels using “Select Room Rate,” “Check Out,” and “Thank You Pages”: The full suite of improvements will apply across all pages.

• For hotels using Hotel Link’s Embedded Booking Widget:  Fully optimized for seamless integration into hotel websites, delivering a consistent and professional booking experience.
  
  For hotels that are currently using the feature (i.e. using the old version that was previously integrated), the free embedding support will continue to apply.
  
  For new hotels – in case they are unable to embed the Booking Widget themselves and need support from the Hotel Link technical team, a service fee will apply.

• For hotels using standalone code: Updates to the Card Request, Make Payment, and Cancel Request pages will be updated on January 13, 2025 with a more modern, clean, and optimized design. This ensures a consistent user experience, consistent with the new Booking Widget interface.

• For hotels using Booking Engine: A completely new booking page with a modern, intuitive and easy-to-use design that enhances the guest experience and the professionalism of the hotel. This interface will be updated on February 13, 2025. The remaining pages will follow the system's standard design, similar to pages using standalone code. Additionally, hotels can choose to use the old or new interface by turning it on/off in the Hotel Link Extranet. Click here to see detailed demo of new interface updates. 

How does a hotel switch to the new interface in Hotel Link Extranet?

Step 1: Access your Extranet system

Step 2: Navigate to Website section. Choose New or Old Version according to hotel needs. 

Step 3: Click 'Save' to save your release version.
