Là một phần thuộc khuôn khổ kế hoạch Hỗ Trợ & Đầu Tư cho Kinh Doanh của Đối Tác phát động bởi Booking.com, chương trình Chiết khấu phí hoa hồng hè 2022 là deal mới nhất mà Booking.com dành cho các đơn vị dịch vụ lưu trú đủ tiêu chuẩn tham gia.

## Nội Dung của Deal

Booking.com sẽ **giảm 30% phí hoa hồng** cho khách sạn dựa trên số đêm đặt phòng đã ở vượt chỉ tiêu trong thời gian từ **13/5/2022 đến 11/9/2022**. Chỉ tiêu doanh số đặt ra tùy theo khả năng kinh doanh của từng khách sạn và được cân nhắc dựa trên tình hình thị trường và quy định về di chuyển mới nhất tại địa phương của khách sạn.

## Điều kiện tham gia Deal

Để tham gia chương trình này, khách sạn sẽ được yêu cầu kích hoạt Mobile Rate (để tiếp cận đối tượng khách đặt phòng trên di động); hoặc tham gia Genius (nhằm tăng hiện diện khi khách tìm kiếm và hiển thị đến khách thường đặt phòng nhiều hơn). Nếu khách sạn của Bạn đã sử dụng các sản phẩm này, Bạn mặc định đáp ứng các điều kiện này.

Khách sạn được tự do lựa chọn loại phòng và giá chạy bán trên Booking.com để tối đa hóa doanh thu trong giai đoạn này.

## Lợi ích dành cho các khách sạn tham gia

Lợi ích lớn nhất dành cho các khách sạn tham gia là cơ hội tiết kiệm chi phí hoa hồng 30%, trong khi vẫn có thể tăng trưởng booking nhờ vào tần suất hiển thị đến khách đặt phòng trên Booking.com thường xuyên hơn vì tham gia Mobile Rate & Genius.

## Cách đăng ký Deal

1. **Bước 1:** Truy cập trang opportunities trên extranet page của Booking.com
2. **Bước 2:** Nhấn vào ‘Partner Commission Discount’.
3. **Bước 3:** Sau khi tham khảo nội dung deal, nhấn ‘Get started’.
4. **Bước 4:** Thực hiện đầy đủ các yêu cầu để đạt tiêu chuẩn tham gia deal.(Mobile Rates, Genius, hoặc không cần nếu Bạn đã tham gia các chương trình này)
5. **Bước 5:** Khi xong, nhấn ‘Join offer’ để kích hoạt deal.

## Nếu Bạn có hơn 20 khách sạn, cách đăng ký Deal như thế nào?

Bạn có thể liên hệ Account Manager/Partner Business Manager để nhận được danh sách các khách sạn của mình đủ tiêu chuẩn tham gia deal hoặc truy cập trực tiếp trên extranet để kiểm tra thông tin theo các bước sau:

1. **Bước 1:** Truy cập Group Opportunity Centre trên extranet của Bạn
2. **Bước 2:** Nhấn vào ‘Partner Commission Discount’ để kiểm tra các khách sạn thuộc group đạt tiêu chuẩn tham gia deal, tham khảo trang thông tin deal để nắm thông tin chi tiết.
3. **Bước 3:** Thực hiện đầy đủ các yêu cầu cho từng khách sạn để đạt tiêu chuẩn tham gia deal với chức năng Bulk Editing
4. **Bước 4:** Khi hoàn tất, nộp các Property IDs đến Booking.com account manager hoặc PBM của Bạn qua email và chương trình Chiết khấu hoa hồng sẽ được kích hoạt sau khoảng 1-2 ngày làm việc.

## Khách sạn có thể kiểm tra kết quả chương trình dễ dàng

Khi khách sạn tham gia chương trình thành công, trang đầu tiên sẽ hiển thị kết quả doanh thu và lượng tiền tiết kiệm được. Khách sạn có thể truy cập lại trang này dễ dàng theo đường dẫn Extranet > Opportunities > Partner commission discount \[Summer 2022\].
