# 6 chiến lược hữu ích cho khách sạn trong mùa dịch COVID-19

## 1. Tránh giảm giá mạnh để thu hút khách du lịch

Với nhu cầu giảm xuống mà bạn có thể đang phải đối mặt hiện nay, việc giảm giá mạnh sẽ không kích thích đặt phòng mới và nó có thể gây ấn tượng tiêu cực về khách sạn của bạn vì du khách cũng đánh giá chất lượng dựa trên giá cả.

## 2. Đảm bảo có sẵn giá phòng cho 2 năm tới

Việc không có sẵn giá phòng trong thời gian dài có thể làm giảm đáng kể cơ hội nhận được đặt phòng trực tuyến. Điều này cũng quan trọng khi cho khách hàng lựa chọn hoãn đặt phòng thay vì hủy.

## 3. Xem xét và cập nhật nội dung trang web của bạn

Hãy nhớ rằng mô tả đầy đủ và cung cấp thông tin về phòng ốc, khu vực bên ngoài, tiện nghi là cần thiết để hỗ trợ bán hàng trực tiếp online (trực tuyến) của bạn. Biến khách sạn của bạn thành lựa chọn đặt phòng tốt nhất so với các đối thủ cạnh tranh.

## 4. Giữ liên lạc với các khách hàng cũ và khách truy cập trang web

Thông báo cho khách truy cập trang web của bạn về tất cả các hành động bạn đang thực hiện để đảm bảo an toàn cho khách hàng hiện tại và tương lai. Khi khủng hoảng COVID-19 kết thúc, mọi người sẽ càng háo hức đi du lịch hơn và họ sẽ thích ở lại khách sạn luôn nỗ lực hết sức để đảm bảo an toàn cho khách hàng. Popups (các cửa sổ bật lên), Extra Pages (các trang bổ sung) và Blog posts (các bài đăng trên blog) là một số tính năng bạn có thể sử dụng.

## 5. Linh hoạt với các điều kiện đặt phòng và quy định hủy phòng

Các điều kiện đặt phòng hạn chế có thể cản trở việc đặt phòng mới. Hãy giữ cho chính sách hủy phòng của bạn linh hoạt nhất có thể. Các quy định hạn chế hoặc không hoàn tiền sẽ khiến việc nhận đặt phòng lâu hơn.

## 6. Tạo ra các ưu đãi cho khách đặt phòng trước

Điều này sẽ giúp bạn dự đoán occupancy (tỷ lệ lấp đầy phòng) của khách sạn. Việc cung cấp "đêm miễn phí" hoặc một loạt các dịch vụ hấp dẫn có thể giúp tăng tỷ lệ chuyển đổi và thời gian lưu trú.
