# Thông báo tính năng mới: Quản Trị Tối Ưu Doanh Thu

Tính năng [quản trị tối ưu doanh thu](https://extranet.hotellinksolutions.com/#/booking-engine/yield-management/4298) hiện đã có mặt trên Booking Engine và Channel Manager. Với tính năng mới này, khách sạn có thể thiết lập các điều kiện chỉnh tự động lượng phòng và giá trên những kênh bán tùy chọn để tối ưu doanh thu trên những kênh này.

Với tính năng mới này, khách sạn có thể thiết lập 4 điều kiện để tối ưu hóa doanh thu gồm: **Auto Close, Sell Limit, Availability Cap and Rate Adjustment.**

**Auto Close:** Mục điều kiện này thiết lập thao tác dừng bán khi lượng phòng trống đạt đến một giá trị cụ thể nào đó. Ví dụ, nếu lượng phòng tồn để bán là 10 và giá trị thiết lập để kích hoạt dừng bán là 5, khi lượng phòng trống giảm từ 6 xuống 5 thì hệ thống sẽ tự động đóng phòng bán. Mục điều kiện này giúp khách sạn có thể hạn chế bán các phòng có biên lợi nhuận thấp trong lúc nhu cầu đặt phòng cao và lượng phòng tồn còn ít.

**Sell Limit:** Mục điều kiện này cài đặt việc dừng bán tự động khi một phòng hay gói giá nào đó đạt đến số lần bán nhất định. Ví dụ, nếu giá trị dừng bán được thiết lập là 4 lần trong khoảng thời gian cụ thể, gói giá này sau khi được được bán đến lần thứ 4 sẽ tự động dừng bán. Mục điều kiện này giúp giảm bớt việc một phòng hay gói giá nào đó được bán quá nhiều lần so với các loại khác.

**Availability Cap:** Mục điều kiện này giới hạn số phòng tối đa được mở bán và đặt cùng một lúc, giúp các khách sạn tăng khả năng kiểm soát lượng phòng bán được trên những kênh phân phối cụ thể.

**Rate Adjustment:** Mục điều kiện này giúp khách sạn có thể tự động tăng hoặc giảm giá bán dựa trên số lượng phòng còn lại. Điều kiện này rất hữu ích trong việc tăng giá phòng trong mùa cao điểm hay giảm giá phòng khi nhu cầu đang thấp.
