Hotel Link xin giới thiệu một tính năng mới của hệ thống extranet giúp các khách hàng dễ dàng kiểm tra sự đồng nhất về giá phòng của mình trên các kênh phân phối có kết nối và giá bán của đối thủ.

Smart Rate là tính năng mới hoàn toàn miễn phí dành cho những khách sạn đang sử dụng giải pháp Channel Manager và có kết nối với ít nhất 1 trong 3 kênh OTA chính sau **Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.**

**Smart Rate** gồm 2 chức năng chính:

## Kiểm Tra Đồng Nhất Giá

Thuật toán thông minh cho phép bạn theo dõi và phát hiện sự khác biệt về giá bán phòng của bạn trên những kênh OTA lớn như Agoda, Booking.com, and Expedia. Từ đó so sánh với giá bán trực tiếp của khách sạn và giúp khách sạn lập ra chiến lược giá thông minh tránh chênh lệch giá quá lớn.

## Kiểm Tra Giá Đối Thủ

Thuật toán thông minh này sẽ giúp bạn trở nên cạnh tranh hơn trên thị trường. Với chức năng này, bạn sẽ có thể so sánh được giá bán với những khách sạn đối thủ trong khu vực gần mình, và rất hữu ích để khách sạn thiết lập chính sách giá thông minh cạnh tranh giúp thu hút khách nhiều hơn.
