Starting July, 2025, properties using Hotel Link with Airbnb integration will be able to write reviews for Airbnb guests directly from the Hotel Link Extranet - no need to log into Airbnb separately.

Write a short comment about the guest’s behavior, attitude, or any relevant notes you’d like to keep
Every review you submit is saved in the system, making it easy to track, organize, and refer back to when needed — especially useful for teams with multiple staff handling reservations.
