Easily Manage Multiple Properties with Hotel Link’s New Feature!
In today’s digital age, managing multiple properties on a unified system has become essential for hotel chains, real estate management companies, and property owners with multiple accommodations. What’s New with This Feature?
Previously, managing multiple properties required users to work across several systems or accounts, which made tracking and updating information more challenging. With this update, Hotel Link offers an all-in-one solution that allows you to:

Manage Booking.com channels of multiple hotels in the same Channel Manager account.

Easily check, update and synchronize data with Booking.com for each individual hotel.

View and analyze performance data of each property, helping to make more effective strategic decisions.

Two Phases of Rollout: Flexible Based on User Needs
The Multi-Property Management feature will be rolled out in two key phases:
1. Pilot Phase – Running until the end of May 2025
This is a soft release, meaning the feature is initially enabled only for select users to ensure system stability and effectiveness.

During this period, hotels must submit a request to our Connectivity Team to enable the feature.

Once the request is received, the feature will be activated within approximately 2 weeks (timeline may vary based on demand and internal workflow).
2. Full Release

Official launch expected in the second week of May.

At that time, users can create and manage Booking.com channels of multiple hotels directly on Channel Manager without having to contact support from Hotel Link.
A Simple and Intuitive Experience in the Channel Manager
Once logged into the Channel Manager, users will be able to:

Manage each individual property through the Mapping tab, as usual.

Manage the entire Booking.com channel of multiple hotels at the same time through the All Mappings tab - a completely new improvement, supporting the display of summary information and comparison between facilities.
In each booking detail, the system will clearly indicate which property the booking belongs to, making it easier for front desk or accounting staff to process them accordingly.
Works Seamlessly with Other Booking.com Features
This new feature does more than just streamline booking synchronization. It also integrates smoothly with other Booking.com features already available in the Hotel Link system, such as:
