In today’s digital age, managing multiple properties on a unified system has become essential for hotel chains, real estate management companies, and property owners with multiple accommodations. Understanding this need, Hotel Link is proud to introduce the Manage Multiple Properties with Booking.com Integration – a powerful enhancement that allows hoteliers to operate efficiently, analyze performance, and sync data across properties from a single interface within the Channel Manager.
Previously, managing multiple properties required users to work across several systems or accounts, which made tracking and updating information more challenging. With this update, Hotel Link offers an all-in-one solution that allows you to:
Manage Booking.com channels of multiple properties in the same Channel Manager account.
Easily check, update and synchronize data with Booking.com for each individual property.
View and analyze performance data of each property, helping to make more effective strategic decisions.
📌 Soft Release: April, 2025

The Booking.com Multi-Link feature is designed specifically for vacation rental businesses managing multiple independent units, each with its own Booking.com Property ID. There are two main eligible scenarios:
New vacation rental chain: A newly established business managing several standalone units (villas, apartments), each with a separate Booking.com Property ID, and has never had a Hotel Link account before.
Existing owner with multiple single-unit accounts: An owner currently managing several separate Hotel Link accounts (each linked to a single property) who wishes to consolidate them under one centralized Multi-Link system.
Applicable only to properties that operate as individual units/IDs, not for complex hotel chains or multi-entity accounts.
All accounts must not be actively connected to OTAs other than Booking.com, except for Agoda Home, Vrbo, Airbnb, and Hopper.
Each Hotel Link account must correspond to a separate Booking.com account, and must not share room allocations with other OTAs such as Expedia, Agoda (when using Channel Manager), Trip.com, etc.
The property owner or a Local Destination Partner must send a request to Hotel Link’s Connectivity Team, including detailed information about the accounts and Booking.com Property IDs to be linked.
After verifying eligibility and reaching an agreement on commercial terms, Hotel Link will configure the Multi-Link setup for centralized management.
Activation requests are typically processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once logged into the Channel Manager, users will be able to:
Manage each individual property through the Mapping tab, as usual.
Manage the entire Booking.com channel of multiple hotels at the same time through the All Mappings tab - a completely new improvement, supporting the display of summary information and comparison between facilities.
In each booking detail, the system will clearly indicate which property the booking belongs to, making it easier for front desk or accounting staff to process them accordingly.
This new feature does more than just streamline booking synchronization. It also integrates smoothly with other Booking.com features already available in the Hotel Link system, such as:
Market Insight – Access and analyze market data by individual property.
Special Offer – Launch custom promotions tailored to each property.
These tools allow hoteliers to adapt their pricing strategies to each location and maximize revenue potential across the board.
Users only need to log in once to monitor the performance of properties connected to Booking.com. This significantly reduces the time spent switching interfaces and manual data entry.
Streamline the process of onboarding new properties by reusing existing configurations. Ideal for properties chains planning expansion.
Detailed views per property improve reconciliation, reporting, and performance tracking, making everything more transparent.
With centralized access to booking and performance data, users can make quicker, more informed decisions based on real-time KPIs like occupancy, revenue, average stay, and more.
